Pro Nordic Commercial Cleaning LLC was founded in April of 2021 to provide top notch cleaning for businesses in Connecticut and New York.

Founded in the middle of a global pandemic, it certainly opens up for challenges, but also opportunity. As the world and peoples work environment is in constant change, so is the cleaning industry. More people work from home, and even if people start getting back to their offices, schools, hospitals and such, maybe we faces times where working from home is more common than in the past. How will that impact the need for cleaning in the future?

Being a newly founded company it gives freedom to act and impact on these changes immediately. With our customers and employees Pro Nordic strive to be a company of quality throughout the whole value chain.

As customers are being more demanding for high quality services our job as a service provider is to meet their needs for both quality and customer service. The need for quality cleaning might never been as high as it is now.

Our core values will secure our customers to be satisfied with our services and that our employees will have a good work place and being proud of their work.

Meet the owner



What brings a boy from Hammerfest, the northernmost town in the world, to the east coast of USA? A girl!
Happily married to his American wife Katherine Marie Anderson, they moved from Norway to Connecticut in march 2021. 

The founder of Pro Nordic is Stein-Arild Nilsen. He was born in the northern part of Norway in a small town called Hammerfest. As he moved from Norway to USA he still has that northern soul in his heart. Naming the company Pro Nordic makes it some part Norwegian and makes it feel a little closer to his roots. The company logo also represent the nordic associating the colors of northern light. 

Growing up in Hammerfest he always wanted to move to Oslo, the capital of Norway, so after his military service he moved to Oslo with no job and crashed his best friends studio til he got his own and a job 1 week later.

Moved from Oslo to Rhodos, Greece, to work with timeshare for 6 months. Back in Oslo he worked different jobs in sale and clothing before starting his education at the age of 25. Graduated with honor with a bachelor in Maritime Business after 1 year school in Oslo and 2 years in Southampton, UK. 

Back in Oslo after his degree he worked as sale and marketing manager for a commercial cleaning company for 10 years before moving to America with big dreams and hope to succeed as the newly founder and CEO of Pro Nordic Commercial Cleaning LLC.
